We service Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Noosa, Gympie & Brisbane Areas.

2 x RSA certified bar staff, glassware (which includes – white wine glasses / tumblers / champagne flutes for 100 pax),  2 x 10L Drink Dispensers, 2 Built-in Ice tubs, 2 stainless steel ice tubs, 3 door Bar fridge, Barn door features inside and out, as well as decorative items & props to suit your theme of event.

Our packages start at $1,000. We do recommend contacting us with your request as each event can be different. Please email us for your customised quote with the details of what you’re requiring, and we can help you out.

Super easy, Once you have received your formal quote and accepted your invoice via our xero invoicing system, Pay your deposit and you will be booked in for your chosen date.

Yes, we do!

No refund of deposit, sub-total or total whether received by Direct Deposit or Credit Card, will be accepted or processed, if a booking is cancelled with ‘The Tipsy Mare.’

However, we will make your booking deposit a valid credit against another booking made by the exact same Payee.

This next booking must be strictly made within 365 days from the date the funds were received from the original cancelled booking, for the credit to take effect.

The total cost of your booking deposit, regardless of amount, does not play a role in this term & condition.

Regardless of circumstances, we do not refund booking deposits or total/full amounts paid.

Should you not wish to book on another date within 365 days from the initial booking deposit received date, the booking deposit paid will not be refunded.

‘The Tipsy Mare’ does not provide refunds in the case of bad weather. If you have a wet weather plan, we will work with the event host to make those arrangements, but please give us enough notice so the details can be arranged! We prefer to know the change 4 hours prior to commencement of the event.

No, we don’t. You can save on  bar prices and buy your own! You will save a fortune and we will serve it for you!

Mostly yes, we love to serve from our two bar windows and have guests come up, choose from the drinks menu that you have chosen, get photos and Chat with our friendly staff.

We do offer table service so please mention this when enquiring as this will be an add on option.

Delivery / travel will be included into your quote Depending on location.

We arrive 2 hours prior to service to cool fridges down and organise your drinks prep and garnishes etc.
